Legal Status
HAEL operates under Global Interfaith Progressive Spiritual Ministry, a nonprofit corporation registered in the United States and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions may be considered charitable donations under applicable U.S. law. The availability and extent of any tax deduction depend on the nature of the contribution and the donor’s individual tax situation.
Forms of Contributions
HAEL accepts contributions from any country and in any currency. The most common and straightforward form of support is monetary donations. If you wish to contribute through other means (property, participation, partnership, or other resources), you may contact us for individual review.
Nature of Contributions
All contributions are voluntary and are not payments for goods or services. The HAEL platform remains accessible to all users regardless of contribution status. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your contribution.
Use of Funds
Contributions support the nonprofit mission of HAEL, including the development and maintenance of the platform, creation of educational and practical materials, support for individuals experiencing stress or internal challenges, and the development of infrastructure and initiatives aimed at fostering stability, clarity, and awareness.
Contribution Acknowledgment
HAEL provides a written acknowledgment (donation receipt) after each contribution, regardless of the amount.
Refund Policy
Contributions are generally non-refundable. In the case of an error, requests may be reviewed on an individual basis.

Supporting HAEL is participation in shaping an environment. Even when stability exists in the present, the broader environment is influenced by the internal state of individuals.
