HAEL is a nonprofit digital platform providing guidance, orientation, and initial support resources. It is not a medical service, emergency service, licensed therapy, or substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical care.
AI-Powered Features
HAEL includes AI-powered text and voice features that provide general guidance and orientation. These features use artificial intelligence and are not operated by licensed professionals. AI responses do not constitute medical advice, psychological counseling, diagnosis, or treatment. You should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional judgment. Use of AI features is at your own discretion and risk.
No Professional Relationship
Use of HAEL does not create a professional-client, therapist-patient, or doctor-patient relationship. HAEL staff, volunteers, and AI systems are not acting as licensed healthcare providers.
Use of Content
All content provided on HAEL is for informational and educational purposes only. You may access and read content for personal use. Reproduction or redistribution of content requires written permission.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge that HAEL provides orientation and guidance, not treatment. You are responsible for seeking professional help when needed. In emergencies, contact your local emergency services immediately.
Limitation of Liability
HAEL, its operators, contributors, and AI systems are not liable for any decisions made based on information provided through the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Donations
Donations are voluntary, one-time contributions to support the nonprofit mission. They do not constitute a purchase of goods or services and do not entitle the donor to any specific outcomes or access.

Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law (501(c)(3), EIN 33-4159588).
Acceptable use: don't misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it. Content and materials are owned by HAEL / Global Interfaith Progressive Spiritual Ministry.
Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
